In this article we present you the first seaplane service in one of the city centers of Europe, the Loch Lomond Seaplanes Company form Scotland.
The company was founded four years ago by David West. They fly from the centre of Glasgow from a hypermodern port with two Cessnas, which are capable of transporting 9 and 5 passengers.
In 2008 the Company transported more than 8000 passengers mainly from Glasgow to the sea resort on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. You can find the destinations below including the leader Oban Bay and Tobermory Bay.
It is possible to buy tickets on the Internet for charter and pleasure flights.
They made themselves known for the public at the event of the River celebration with landings and taking offs on the river. Here you can find some pictures and a video about this.
