Iren Dornier plan a 25-seat amphibious aircraft
Longtime resident pilot and aircraft designer Iren Dornier—grandson of Claude Dornier, World War II pioneering designer of military aircraft for Germany’s Luftwaffe, is behind the $350-million project, along with some foreign partners who are known 25-seat amphibious aircraft for various uses manufacturers in Clark.

This year’s Gidroaviasalon exhibition and airshow was celebrated in Gelendzhik – in Russia – at the Black Sea coast. Dmitry Skhondin, – deputy Head of the Beriev Aircraft Experimental Unit – presented the Beriev Be-200 type S sitting in the cocpit. He talked about the world’s best-known “waterbomber” aircraft and promised it’s future as a passanger version as well.
